Joe Tedesco

NEC CONSULTANT  -  INSTRUCTOR  -  AUTHOR  - EDITOR  

Joe was a Director, Senior Electrical Code Instructor for National Technology Transfer, Inc. and American Trainco, Inc.

He developed and presented NEC, Grounding and Bonding, and Building Electrical Inspection seminars. He presented over 300 on site seminars for major corporations.

Joe was the Codes, Standards and Seminar Specialist for the International Association of Electrical Inspectors, and was a lead instructor.

Joe edited the IAEI News columns, articles, Soares Grounding book, One and Two Family Dwellings, Ferm’s Fast Finder Index, and served on the Educational Testing Service Electrical Advisory Test Writing Committee for licensing examinations. 

He was an alternate member of the NEC Technical Correlating Committee, and a member of CMP 20.

He wrote test questions for the NCPCCI on the subject of Article 680 swimming pools, and was also a member of that committee.

He was an Electrical Field Service Specialist for the National Fire Protection Association in Quincy, MA, presented seminars on the NEC, and attended electrical industry meetings Nationwide.

Joe provided informal interpretations on the NEC as a NFPA Staff liaison National Electrical Code, and the Electrical Equipment of Industrial Machinery, NFPA 79.

Joe ran his own business as an NEC Consultant, and is a Massachusetts Licensed Master Electrician and Journeyman Electrician.

Joe wrote for EC&M Magazine, for CodeWatch, an Internet Publication for over 15 years.
